DESCRIPTION:Meet with your fellow Executive Leaders from other member firms\, get an update on the activities of the association\, and share our ideas.\n\n\n	ACEC/MN lobbyist Randy Morris will report on the 2015 regular and special Legislative sessions\n	 Guest Cheryl Leitschuh of The Leadership Energy will facilitate an open discussion and Q&A on how to bridge the gap among young professionals\, firm leadership\, and ACEC/MN. The following are some of the discussion topics:\n	\n		Retaining talent and understanding the talent shortage\n		What are executive leaders looking for in young professionals?\n		Passing the torch to others so they may lead\n		Developing the next generation\n		Age of ownership and ownership options\n		Understanding that clients of the future are the same as younger leaders of the future\n	\n	\n\n We will close with an open forum to discuss any issues that members may want to share with the group.\n\n\n\nPlease join us!. We need as much participation from our firm leaders as possible for this meeting.
