She started her career in the public and non-profit sectors as a community coordinator with Minneapolis Restorative Justice Community Action\, Inc. working to eliminate disparities in the criminal justice system. She served the City of Minneapolis and its resident by working to ensure City contracts and project include women\, minorities and low income communities. She most recently served as the Director of Contract Compliance with the Minneapolis Department of Civil Rights. Kolu has a bachelor's of science degree in urban studies from the University of Minnesota and a law degree from Arizona Summit Law School. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota.\n\n \n\nNick Ruehl owner of Ruehl + Associates for over 11 years has been inspiring leaders to achieve their personal and organizational potential\, through coaching Leadership Development\, Strategic Planning\, Team Building\, and Innovation.\n\n \n\nPrior to forming Ruehl + Associates in 2005\, he was a Managing Principal of an upper Midwest architecture\, engineering\, and construction management firm.  Nick has 45 years of experience in company ownership and leadership. \n\n \n\nIn addition\, Nick has experienced Public Sector Leadership\, having served 4 terms as Mayor of the City of Excelsior\, Minnesota.  \n\n\n\nSteve Salmi of Corporate Psychologists for over 25 years\, has worked as a trusted partner with organizations on the identification\, development and retention of the talent needed to compete in this economy.
