Jack is chair of ACEC's procurement committee and sits on ACEC's board of directors.\n\n\n\nKim Deibel of American Engineering Testing is past Present of the Minnesota Structural Engineering Association. Kim is a senior professional engineer registered in several states and is on multiple ACEC/MN committees.\n\n\n\nDella Schall Young of Burns & McDonnell Engineers-Consultants is a Sr. Hydrologist and the Regional ES&P Manager.
