Description
Gayle Roberts recently retired after a 37-year career with Stanley Consultants. Stanley Consultants is a global engineering company with 1,200 employees serving the energy, transportation, and water market sectors.
Gayle will discuss the evolution of leadership by sharing her personal story, a path that started as a chemical engineer and ultimately led her to the highest level of the organization as Chair, President, and CEO. She will also discuss the leadership attributes needed today and why women have the qualities to be great leaders in our organizations.
Presenter: Ms. Roberts is a senior executive with over 35 years of experience in the consulting engineering industry. She is currently the Chair of Stanley Consultants’ Board of Directors, and its parent company, SC Companies. Gayle leads with emphasis in strategic planning and organizational development to propel enterprise growth, and drive performance and profitability to create shareholder value. Ms. Roberts is a longtime champion of women in engineering and regularly mentors young women to consider the field as an exciting career choice that holds many opportunities.
